"I signed up for the member challenge because I’d fallen off the exercise wagon, I was low in motivation and needed something to keep me accountable. I didn’t know where to start. The challenge felt like the best place to start.

There were endless amazing options for meals in the app and the physical cookbook provided at the start of the challenge was really helpful. How the Transformation Program Works

(4 key components)

Motivating and Supportive Training: Personalised workout program, utilising an unlimited membership (our barre, build, boxing, core + release classes) + at-home specific workouts, based on your goals, what you like, and your schedule. Your program evolves as you do, ensuring you never hit that dreaded plateau!

Personalised approach to food: We work out a personalised plan for you based on your goals and your current energy consumption. You'll receive meal plans and shopping lists, plus guidance to LEARN how to eat to your goals and macro targets. All our previous participants have said they are amazed at how much they are eating, and it's all delicious!

Holistic approach to functional health: We don't just focus on exercise – we optimise your entire body from the inside out, utilising our functional health and wellbeing platform! Build strong healthy habits, let go of bad habits, and support your body in its current and emerging stage of life.

24/7 Coaching & Accountability: This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. You are working 1:1 with your own coach. This includes weekly check-ins, body scanning and measurements (for those that want to), tweaking and amending your personalised plans, tracking across our integrated App platform, and being supported with like-minded women to change bodies and minds, and achieve incredible results!

Really, this is a Mindset & Lifestyle Change - a program that sets you up for long-term transformation, and a health mind, body and lifestyle.
