It was really helpful having the pre made menu in the app each day that could be logged to keep track of macros. The meals were all suitable for my young family as well which was a bonus.
The challenge has really had such a positive impact on my overall mindset, energy levels and motivation. I’m eating healthier, drinking more water, sleeping better, I feel like exercising again and I’m loving the fat loss results I’ve seen. I think the accountability and support provided by the trainers was the main reason for my positive experience.
The Burn Theory gym is not your average gym. It’s the most supportive and kind environment I’ve ever been a part of and the member challenge experience really reflected this.
